You must mention that you are with the Ford Galaxie Club to get the special rate. If you discover that the group rate is no longer available please contact Greg at 803-464-2018 to see if we can get more rooms added to our block.

Please direct any questions you have concerning the hotels to the hotel guest services. (IE; smoking rooms, pets, amenities, etc)

Trailer parking is available at the EMBASSY SUITES. Those staying at the Residence Inn or the Courtyard can park their trailers with the rest at the Embassy Suites next door. If you are staying elswhere and need to park a trailer please speak with the manager of your hotel.

The rate is $129.00 a night. All of our rooms are blocked for Thursday Sept 10^th thru Sunday Sept 13^th. This is where we will have the banquet and where we will have our car show registration table. SPACE IS LIMITED SO BOOK NOW!!!

Very nice hotel with large atrium and beautiful banquet facilities. Adjacent to golf course and under a mile to the Speedway. Full continental breakfast and nightly manager's reception. Ample space for trailers in the parking lot. 1 mile from the speedway.

Rate is $129.00 a night, 2 queens or one king. All of our rooms are blocked for Thursday Sept 10^th thru Sunday Sept 13^th. This hotel is NEW, accepting reservations and should be fully open by the end of April 2009. This hotel is next door to the primary hotel.

Hot continental breakfast and an area will be set up to wash our cars. All of our rooms are blocked for Thursday Sept 10^th thru Sunday Sept 13^th. However, they are willing to extend the discount rate if you stay additional days. 1 mile to the speedway.

Rate is $119.00 a night, 2 queens or one king. We have many rooms reserved here. Also, hotels on Gateway Blvd give you direct access to an alternative route to Lowe's Motor Speedway (Weddington Rd to Pitts School Rd to Hwy 29) when Speedway Blvd. backs up with traffic. I have been in the hotel and the rooms are VERY NICE and SPACIOUS. However... there is NO ROOM FOR TRAILERS in the parking lot. 2 miles to the speedway.

The closest hotel to our main host hotels is The Courtyard by Marriott.

The Courtyard by Marriott is right next door to the Residence Inn! This hotel is BRAND NEW and looks awesome! We have not blocked any rooms here, but the rate is quite good and the location is perfect.
